New Piano For Holywell

On 26 September the Holywell Music Room took delivery of the new Steinway grand piano, which opens up exciting performance opportunities for that historic venue. Built in 1742, the Holywell is reputed to be Europe's oldest purpose-built concert room. An inaugural recital by the  renowned French pianist Jean-Efflam Bavouzet will take place on Saturday 1 November. Details will follow.
