Oxford Tops Table (Again)
Having come top of the recent Music league table in The Complete University Guide 2010 published in association with the Independent newspaper, the Oxford Music Faculty has now also come top of the table of all UK Music departments and conservatoires published today in the Times Good University Guide 2010.
(For the record, Oxford was also the highest placed University Music Department in the recent Guardian table.)
The Music Faculty was ranked first overall according to eight criteria: Student Satisfaction, Research Quality, Entry Standards, Student-Staff Ratios, Services & Facilities Spend, Completion, Good Honours and Graduate Prospects.
The Times Good University Guide 2010 also places Oxford University top of its league table of all UK universities. This is the eighth year in a row that Oxford has stood at the head of this table .
