DAVID HYLAND
The Faculty Administrator and Board Secretary is Secretary to the Faculty Board and the Finance and General Purposes Committee. He is responsible for the supervision of administrative staff, the issuing of administrative staff contracts, job descriptions for administrative and ancillary staff, and all other related personnel issues. He is responsible for the management of the Faculty finances, monitoring expenditure and income, advising the Faculty Board Chairman on the budget, and processing all invoices, travel and subsistence and payment requests, and payroll matters. He is responsible for the maintenance and security of the building, furniture and equipment, and oversees the Faculty's administration of the Holywell Music Room.
