VERONICA FORD

The Invigilator is responsible for the preparing the Bate Collection for opening and maintaining the security of the gallery during public opening hours. This work includes controlling the security access system, welcoming and supervising visitors and responding to routine enquiries. The invigilator is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Bate Collection shop, accounting for sales and selecting and purchasing stock. Caring for the collection involves general housekeeping activities and environmental monitoring.
