CHANGING HERSTORY

The Young Women’s Music Project invite you to an afternoon of discussion and an insight into the issues women musicians face in Oxfordshire. The Changing Herstory training programme which has been pioneered by the young women of YWMP will be premiered along with a panel of musicians and activists from across Oxfordshire and the UK, they will be discussing the role they take in tackling the issue of sexism in music. The aim of this event is to hear the stories of those who have experienced sexism first hand, come up with resolutions and to prompt systemic change in the music industry.

Refreshments available, fully accessible and all inclusive.
