Registration, accommodation etc.

Advanced online registration has now closed. If you still wish to attend the conference, but have missed the advanced deadline, then please email and arrangements will be made for you to pay on the first day of the conference. We encourage payment of the appropriate fee by cheque (made out to ‘University of Oxford’). If this is not possible, payment by cash can also be arranged. Please note that in the case of very late registration, provision of lunches cannot be guaranteed.

Registration fees are divided into two price bands (discounted rates no longer apply after 1 March):

  • Standard Rate – £80.00
  • Student – £50.00

Students will need to provide proof of status.

The registration fee includes attendance at all conference papers and talks, coffee, lunch on two days, a ticket for the London Sinfonietta concert, and a drink at the concert reception.
