Joe Duddell is a composer, arranger, and conductor as comfortable on stage with a Grammy Award winning bands as he is writing a Percussion Concerto for the BBC Proms. As an arranger/conductor he has worked with artists including Blossoms, Elbow, Everything Everything, Clean Bandit, James, and New Order, in venues such as the Royal Albert Hall, Barbican Centre, Carnegie Hall and Sydney Opera House. In this talk Joe talks about his career between the worlds of pop and classical music, some recent collaborations with bands and how this figures with his own concert music.
