A tale of seduction and treachery among aristocrats in pre-revolutionary France, this classic drama – adapted into the Oscar-winning film Dangerous Liaisons – explores decadent sexuality, manipulation and a ruthless battle for power. 

This ambitious production brings the world of student theatre together with some of the finest musicians at this University, pointing a new lens at an opulent and savage world about to fall apart. Orchestral performance, cinematography, and live theatre are merged to capture a modern perspective on the bad behaviour of high society.
