Thomas Bruges’ recital presents a survey of the history of music for solo guitar, beginning with Bach’s Prelude, Fugue and Allegro BWV 998 and building towards Ferneyhough’s masterpiece ‘Kurze Schatten II’ via the work of Diabelli, Giuliani-Guglielmi, Torroba and Poulenc.
