The Kate Luxmoore Group: English Songbook Revisited
Music by Kate Luxmoore (Clarinets, piano, vocals), Lekan Babalola (Percussion), Reuben Reynolds (Guitar), and Guest Lauren Spiceley (Accordion, violin).
Clarinettist, Kate Luxmoore, has been interpreting what she terms the "English Songbook" through a fusion of musical genres, marrying together the harmonies and melodies of English folk with the rolling, poly-rhythms of yoruba grooves to create upbeat and uplifting music.
