Early modern Spain and the Netherlands, organology, migration histories, cultural history and materiality, psalm culture, theatre, maternity
I am working on the migration of the Spanish harp to the reforming Netherlands, its roles there in psalm culture and in theatre, and the implications of all this for the ways in which Iberian Catholic and Jewish contributions to Dutch musical history are considered. I am supervised by Dr. Emanuela Vai.
