With support from the Faculty of Music, the Oxford University Jazz Scheme holds its first public performance with internationally-renowned jazz flautist and composer Gareth Lockrane, featuring the Scheme's three ensembles: Jazz Collective, Studio Combo and Session Band. The concert will spotlight music from Wayne Shorter's seminal 'Speak No Evil' album; the output of Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers; and Gareth's original music.
